This section will explore the history of abortion in America and the trends in belief regarding it. To do so, we present you with the differing beliefs regarding abortion and the actual practice of abortion before and after the most significant decision in the abortion debate in The United States of America, the Supreme Court case of Roe v Wade.  

Also, this section will explore the similarities and differences of beliefs regarding abortion in Catholic and Protestant faiths, each Church's activity in the pro-life or pro-choice movements, and the scriptures each religion cites for their beliefs.
